well, i wanted to host some animations i made online (all stopframe with paper, etc) and i know how.

when i see online comics, they have 'next' and 'previous' buttons, to view the next comic.

the question that i have is: how do i make a website, that does not use their coding, but that i can make it so that when i upload an animation, it automatically makes files is by the number?
(eg, upload 1.AVI, it goes before 2.AVI, so on)

if nobody knows the exact way to do this, would anyone know how i could find out how to do this? (references, etc?)

well my nearly 4-year old piece of crap (can't even play battlefield 2 online without lowest specs). kinda died, it's at the comp store right now, ram is corrupt, problems with screen that they don't know (hell if i do). fortunately the memory is fine, so i'll get all my crap back.

anyhow, like Anarchist, i need a new computer. i know close to nothing however, so i decided to ask for help.

i am looking for a gaming laptop, size and weight don't really matter, i don't even care if it's 20lbs.
i was looking at Asus and Hp, but i'm not sure, and i don't want the computer to run past $1750 USD, 1500 if possible.

i'm not really sure about windows 7's new photo editor either, is there a way to download MSpaint? i don't think i'm going to downgrade to XP, even though i like it.

any suggestions? thanks for any help.
